Sole
The HOKA Speedgoat 6 features a lightweight, resilient foam midsole that provides excellent cushioning and protection during your run. The innovative Early Stage Meta-Rocker geometry, located behind the metatarsals, ensures a smooth transition from heel to forefoot, providing a powerful push-off with every step. The EVA sockliner molds to the shape of your foot and provides extra support where it's needed most.
On the outside, the Vibram® Megagrip outsole ensures superior grip on all types of surfaces. Strategically placed studs with extra texture deliver optimal traction, even on challenging and uneven trails.
Upper part
The breathable jacquard mesh upper is designed to keep you dry, even on the toughest trails. The material molds to your foot, giving you the comfort and support you need. HOKA prioritizes sustainability, which is why a large portion of the upper is made from recycled materials. The heel is reinforced for extra durability, while the top of the heel is soft and flexible, so you avoid unnecessary pressure. The attached, pleated tongue keeps dirt out, so you can focus fully on your run.
