CAN I RETURN GOODS?
Yes, of course! If you regret your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order from the webshop, simply return the item in its original and undamaged packaging together with the delivery note. Once we have received the item back and checked that it meets the conditions for the right of withdrawal, the full purchase amount will be deposited into your bank account used for the purchase.

If you have a printer, you can print the return label yourself, otherwise you also have the option of getting a QR code that can be displayed in the parcel shop. With this QR code, the parcel shop can print a return label for you.

WHAT DOES RETURN COST?
Shipping costs for returns are 39 Danish kroner.
HOW DO I RETURN GOODS?
You start by packing your return goods together with the return slip. Then you create a return label here . If possible, print the return label and attach it to the return package. Alternatively, show the QR code at the parcel shop. You should then request a receipt for delivery. We should receive your return package within 7 working days.
REMEMBER that you can also visit our stores in Østerbro and Vesterbro to return goods and cancel your purchase. The money will only be returned to the card it was purchased with.
