Experience Flow (formerly known as AltraFWD Experience) is designed for a ride that's smooth, effortless, and efficient. Glide through daily workouts, crush long training runs, and smile through the miles with the running club crew.
SOLE
A low 4mm drop complements the shoe's rocker geometry for efficient toe-off and a smooth, fast roll through your stride. It features the same lightweight and responsive compression-molded midsole foam for performance. With Altra's signature FootShape fit, you get a roomy toe box and secure midfoot so you can move the way you were designed to.
TOP
The upper of the Experience Flow is made of breathable mesh and fits well around the foot. The heel counter has been improved to keep your forefoot in place. Altra is known for their FootShape™ which provides space for the toes. FootShape™ helps to improve the balance and strength of the toes.
