Size guide
All measurements are in centimeters.
WAIST - Measure your waist where it is narrowest and where the hem of your pants normally sits.
HIPS - Measure the width of the hips at the widest point.
LENGTH - Measure from your crotch down to your ankle.
(Please note that the length may vary from style to style, even if the size is the same)
INSTRUCTIONS:
If one of your body measurements falls between two sizes, order a smaller size for a tighter fit and a larger size for a looser fit. If your bust and waist measurements fit two different recommended sizes, follow the size that fits your bust measurement.

The tights are seamless with three hidden pockets, so you can have the most important things with the run. There is extra height in the waist, to make the running tights extra comfortable with comfortable support around the waist. In addition, the tights are made from at least 50% recycled materials.
