Alphafly Next% 3, Women's, Sail/Black-Crimson Tint
The Nike Alphafly 3 is the lightest Alphafly ever, featuring a slightly wider carbon fiber plate for increased stability, a fully connected ZoomX foam midsole for smoother transitions, and an all-new Atomknit upper designed for improved multi-directional support and breathability.
SOLE
The midsole is a ZoomX midsole, which is Nike's lightest foam and also has the greatest energy return. Two visible Zoom Air Units have been added, as well as additional ZoomX under the forefoot. The ZoomX foam creates an ultra-light and cushioned feel. In addition, there is a full-length carbon fiber plate that delivers a propulsive feel and helps you transition smoothly between each stride.
TOP
The upper is made of Atomknit 3.0, which is tightly woven around the midfoot for optimal support. The forefoot is made flexible and breathable.
