Size guide
WAIST - Measure your waist where it is narrowest and where the hem of your pants normally sits.
HIPS - Measure the width of the hips at the widest point.
LENGTH - Measure from your crotch down to your ankle.
(Please note that the length may vary from style to style, even if the size is the same)
INSTRUCTIONS:
If one of your body measurements falls between two sizes, order a smaller size for a tighter fit and a larger size for a looser fit. If your bust and waist measurements fit two different recommended sizes, follow the size that fits your bust measurement.

A perennial favorite, the Nike Phenom Elite Tights return with updated support and breathability. New ventilation zones are strategically placed using data collected from runners. This helps give the new version of the Phenom Elite its new hallmark as a tight that keeps you cool and fresh. This data was used not only for ventilation zones, but also to place zones in which key muscles during running were sufficiently warm and received the necessary support. The update to these shorts doesn't stop there. The back pocket is now expandable and comes with an inner liner to help keep your phone dry. 2 drop-in pockets at each hip can be used to store energy, snacks or other essentials for the ride. The soft and lightweight knit fabric that runs through the lower leg helps you move freely without feeling any friction. The low-profile, elastic waistband with drawstring can provide the desired fit.
