GU ENERGY GEL
Energy gel from GU of 32g, containing 100 calories. The gel consists of a patented carbohydrate mixture consisting of maltodextrin (70-80%) and fructose (20-30%). It delivers a very good quality of energy while at the same time being very gentle on the stomach.
The gel can be used for both training and competition and by athletes of all levels.
The gel should be consumed approximately 5 minutes before your workout/race and then consumed approximately every 45 minutes. This may vary from person to person and is an average recommendation.
