WHAT IS MY RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AND RETURN?
You naturally have the right of withdrawal when you buy goods online at marathonsport.dk. If you regret your purchase within 30 days of receipt, simply return the goods in the original and undamaged packaging together with a return slip. This also applies to sale goods. Once we have received the goods back and checked that they meet the conditions for the right of withdrawal, the full purchase amount will be refunded.
RETURN POLICY FOR DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Discounted items purchased in our two stores in Copenhagen can be returned within 3 days of purchase. You cannot get your money back, but the item can be exchanged for another item, or you can get a credit card that is valid for 3 years.
EXCHANGE OF CHRISTMAS GIFTS
Christmas gifts purchased at Marathonsport.dk between November 15 and December 23 can be exchanged until January 24 of the following year.
WHEN DOES THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL APPLY?
When the product is returned and the right of withdrawal is exercised, this can only happen if the product is returned in the same condition and quantity as when you received it and in the original packaging. You are welcome to unpack the product and try it on, as long as you can return it in substantially the same condition and quantity. The right of withdrawal therefore lapses if you use the product in a way where it is obvious that the use reduces the resale value of the product. We do not refund used or damaged products.
You can also visit our stores in Østerbro and Vesterbro and return the item and cancel the purchase. The money will only be returned to the card it was purchased with.
NOTE: Please note that goods that are specially sourced, manufactured or adapted to a customer's individual needs cannot be returned if the production, manufacturing or adaptation has begun.
