WHY ARE SHOE SIZES IN US?
We use US sizes as they are often more accurate than EU sizes, which can vary from brand to brand. Most running shoe brands produce and sell their shoes in US sizes as this is the standard in the running industry. This ensures consistency across brands.
DO YOU HAVE A SIZE GUIDE FOR ALL SHOE BRANDS?
Yes, we have size guides for each brand for both women and men, so you can easily find the right size. You can be sure that the size guide on each product matches the specific brand and gender. You can find the size guide under the "Add to Cart" button on the product page.
CAN I RETURN THE SHOES IF THE SIZE DOESN'T FIT?
Yes, we offer easy exchange or return if the size does not fit. The item must be returned in the original packaging along with the receipt. This can be done in our two stores in Copenhagen or returned to your nearest parcel shop.
ARE YOUR US SIZES ALSO UNISEX?
Some running shoes also come in unisex sizes. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a size guide for these products.
CAN I TRY ON THE SHOES IF I'M IN DOUBT ABOUT THE SIZE?
You are always welcome in our stores to try the shoes physically before you buy. We only have stores in Copenhagen.
HOW DO I AVOID MISTAKES WHEN CHOOSING SHOE SIZE?
We recommend comparing your current shoe with our size guide. In our size guides, you will also find length in CM. We are working on finding an intelligent solution to find the right shoe size.
