WHERE DO I RECEIVE THE GIFT CARD?
You will receive the gift card at the email address you provided when purchasing. We use a gift card provider that generates the gift card digitally. Keep an eye out for Ka-ching in the sender/subject field and please check your spam emails.
CAN I BUY GIFT CARDS IN YOUR STORES?
Yes, it is possible to purchase gift cards in our two stores in Copenhagen. You can choose to receive the gift card physically or to your email address.
CAN I WRITE A PERSONAL GREETING ON THE GIFT CARD?
No, unfortunately you cannot write a personal greeting that will appear on the gift card. We are working on a solution that will make this possible in the future.
THE GIFT CARD IS NOT WORKING - WHAT DO I DO?
There may be various reasons why your gift card cannot be used. The most common reason is that the gift card is from before July 1, 2024. We have switched to a new system, which may create challenges for some gift cards. If you experience problems, you can contact our customer service or visit one of our stores. We will either redeem the gift card manually or create a new gift card for you. Clear and free.
